Pricing:  All prices are per page with a maximum count of 300 words. Driver's licenses, id cards, birth certificate/id booklets and passports (max. 10 stamps) are considered one page!

Standard Processing Time:  2-5 business days after payment, based on volume and availability. 

Urgent Translations:  We understand how important your deadlines are, and we work hard outside our standard business hours to help you. A $100 surcharge per order is required for urgent translations  delivered within 24 hours upon availability.

Notarization:  If you require a notarized affidavit in addition to your certified translation, please select the notarization option on the order form. The cost of a single notarization is around $40 for each document witnessed and signed by a notary public.

Passport Color Copies:  $10 per passport

Canada Post Express Registered Mail:  $22  per package (2-3 business days with tracking number) 

Large-volume Legal Translations: Complete the order form to receive a customized rate based on your document's word count.

Cancellation Policy: Please note that your order is binding and must be paid in advance. A cancellation fee of $50 per order will be charged. Ensure you agree with our translation rate before placing your order.

Hard Copies:  Please pick up  your certified translations from our office as soon as possible. You will have  90 days to do so.  After that deadline, we will safely shred all your translations to protect your confidential information!

How do I place my order?

Option 1: online

You can place your order online 24/7 from the comfort of your home or office. We will email you an online invoice via PayPal after we have reviewed your scans. Please provide us with clear and complete scans of your documents to start the process. When you come to pick up your translations, please show us your original documents.

Option 2: in person

Please complete and send the  order online form before dropping off your documents at our reception. We cannot proceed with your order without the required information in the form.

How can I pay for my certified translation?

We will email you a PayPal invoice, which gives you the option to pay by credit card, Visa debit, or PayPal. You don't need to have a PayPal account.  The invoice is generated by PayPal. We also accept e-transfers. Please note that all orders must be paid in advance. Please check your email and your spam to make sure you pay your invoice on time. 

Can you mail my order?

Yes, the order form allows you to select your preferred method of delivery. We serve clients across British Columbia, Canada, and the US. The Canada Post Express Registered option ($22) delivers most packages in Canada within 2-3 business days, depending on your location.

All  projects are handled with discretion. We will never share any personal information with third parties without your permission.
